Taylor Warren

Head Equine Assisted Learning Practitioner & Head Trainer

Hello! My name is Taylor and I am the head trainer and practitioner of this farm. I have been in emergency services since I was 18. I started by volunteering at my local fire department and fell in love with fire and ems. I progressed in my education and after completing my paramedic certification began work for a private ambulance company to gain further experience. After a year in private I left for the full time fire service. I enjoyed 5 years old full time service before having to resign due to unforeseen personal life circumstances.

At a cross roads, I decided to refocus my life to combine my love for emergency services as well as animals and began looking into equine assisted services. I already had 4 horses of my own and have seen and felt the impact that horses can have on people and wanted nothing more than to share that with others who need it. Thanks to the help of Sean, we were able to find a program to become practitioners.

I am a certified equine assisted learning practitioner and focus on creating programs specific to the difficulties often faced by first responders/military personnel, especially those with PTSD/C-PTSD. I myself have been diagnosed with C-PTSD both from on and off the job traumas and strive to help others that are also struggling or could use some support.

I also focus on domestic abuse/violence survivor programs to help create a safe space for those who are or have struggled with any form of domestic abuse/violence. I am a survivor myself.

I cannot wait to meet you!
